Chaparral Christian Church exists for the purpose of being the presence of Christ in the world.

Together, as the continuing people of God in this place, we strive:

1. 1.    To model the love of Christ beginning with each other and then,
          as a community, expressing God’s love and compassion to the
          world.
   

2. 2.    To show people Jesus Christ.
   

3. 3.    To explore and exemplify the Scriptures as we understand them.
   

4. 4.    To make disciples among all nations and peoples.
   

5. 5.    To be a worshipping and prayerful community to the praise of God
          on behalf of our world, our nation, our City and ourselves.
   

6. 6.    To promote unity among all disciples of Jesus Christ.
   

7. 7.    To open eyes and hearts to the beauty of God in all creation,
           enjoying what God has created, celebrating special occasions
           and expressing the beauty and creativity of the human spirit.
