I have had the joy of being part of the Chaparral family since 1979 and being on staff since 1981. While my “job description” has varied greatly over the years, my heart has always been motivated by ministering to the needs of our people. It is especially rewarding to see a new generation of young people accepting leadership roles. Currently my responsibilities are teaching adults (Faithbuilders Class) on Sunday morning and a women’s Bible study on Thursday morning, assisting with Women’s Ministry, and handling various arrangements. In addition, I help with pastoral visits and an assortment of administrative duties.
My husband, Bruce, and I have three married daughters and five grandchildren. We love to travel and delight in spending time with family and friends. Entertaining, hiking and reading are among the things I most enjoy. An occasional slip in sanity will find me sky diving parasailing, or trying some other risky endeavor.
